崗位職責：·對集團及各子公司的規章制度等文件提出法律審核意見，參與評審公司風險控制與合規的管理制度、流程、文件。·負責集團及子公司各部門相關法律文件的適用識別，及時更新完善并指導落實。·對集團及各子公司經濟技術合同文本通用條款的審查、修訂提出法律意見。·參與公司各類技術、經濟合同及協議的評審、談判、簽訂，并檢查合同的履行情況。·參與對員工違法、違紀、違反公司管理制度和損害公司利益的案件的調查，并提供法律意見。·為勞動爭議糾紛、審核處理、修訂勞動合同及相關規章制度等提供法律意見。·對集團及各子公司在經營管理活動中的法律風險，提出預警法律意見。任職要求：·本科及以上學歷。·2年以上法務/律師相關工作經驗。·具備技術類、經濟類合同評審經驗。·具備勞動爭議糾紛處理經驗。·具備英語口語與書寫溝通能力。
